CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your service. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • You may cancel your service within 6 months of purchase, provided the service has not been activated.
  • Once the service is activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • To cancel your service, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

REFUND PROCESS

When a cancellation is approved:

  • By default, the refund amount will be credited to your Travie account balance.
  • If you wish to receive the refund to your original payment method, please contact our customer support team.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider for original payment method refunds.
